First off RightDeve is correct one is the unit in that scenario WHEN IT WAS CREATED and the other is the current encyclopaedia info...scenario 28 was made 16 years ago ( 2001 ) there will be a difference....MUCH has changed in the game in 16 years, cost structure one of them. I fix scenarios every release that show errors from OOB changed but it has to be a significant error to show up as a warning. A lot of the older scenario use a much different points system but they are still playable but there will be a difference between unit data from then to now and it's normal game evolution.
Secondly. IDK if you actually looked at that screen shot but it's a low quality JPG that is totally unreadable. You could have mentioned the unit number but I looked at the three Sturmpioniere in the scenario and those are stock Sturmpioniere from 2001.
