For those who wonder what the status is of this game - I went to Origins and talked to the guys from Shrapnel in person. All that they had running was the opening intro and we watched it - a few pics and credits running on a laptop.

As mentioned elsewhere in the forum, they did not have any demo. They did not have a display of the in game engine or new screenshots either. I was told that the engine is done, but missions have yet to be created. When I asked if there were at least screenshots of the engine, they referred me to the website screenies.

Summing it up, it did not appear that much has changed with the games status. I mentioned that the website needs to be updated and the rep said he would look into it.

Still hoping for the best, but I fear that this is going to be a long wait if it ever happens at all.
