Default Italian OOB 34 50mm L60 PaK 38 sabot penetration
In the Italian OOB 34 weapon 026 (50mm L60 PaK 38) has sabot penetration rating of 17.

In the German OOB 16 same weapon (numbers 026 and 027) has sabot penetration rating of 15.

I would presume the rating in the German OOB to be the correct one.
