Maybe if the back arm were turned down instead of up? I'm not sure. The hands seem more or less okay in size, but you could try making them bigger if you think it will work out better. The positioning of the feet also adds to the whole fencing image
I'm not sure what to do about the hand with the hammer... you could try bringing it down a little lower, I guess. Then it should look a bit less like fencing. But I'm not sure if that would actually look *good*. Sorry I'm not more helpful about this.
