Just one question: do you have to target these ones on the very hex the helo hovers over, or does the plane target it loosely if it sees something like a target anywhere (SEAD-like)?
Anyway, if you really want to go for
fighter-bombers, you have the scratch n' hurry solution of featuring them with AAM used for ground bombing...
Just add a short-range ATGM with high HHEK, low pen,
very low accuracy and you've got your anti-personnel SIdewinder!!
