Default Japanese Nakajima Ki-43 fighter-bomber in service date

Not sure if the dates for this are right in the game?

The Nakajima Ki-43 'Hayabusa' saw action from October 1941 with the Japanese Army Air Force. It had the allied code name 'Oscar' but was sometimes confused with the more famous A6M Zero of the Japanese Naval Air Force.

Units began to be equipped with this fighter from June 1941 and it first saw action in October 1941 Early versions could carry two X 30kg bombs, while later versions could carry up to two X 250kg bombs.
