New Shipset: The Lyran Star Empire

The Lyran are a human-sized cat-like humanoid that have a striking resemblance to those of a Terran Lynx.
The Lyran government is based on a feudal structure. The King-Emperor rules over several Dukes, who govern and control five counties. Each county is governed and controlled by a Count.
