Default Giving The AI An Advantage

For what it is worth.. I have found some ways of giving the AI an advantage to make the computer a better opponent, not by making the AI smarter but by giving the computer an advantage in production. Alowing cities to be cheap to buy and adding 100% more resources and myself not building any cities has greatly helped the computer ability to win. I have also found that by adjusting the Mod so that territories range from 10 to 15 points each make for more activity on the AI's part and gets more agressive with it having more units to build.
