Default Question about CIWS defenses on mid-80's Russian tanks.

This is more of a question than a "I found an error!". Recently started playing a mid-80's generated campaign, Germany vs. Soviet Union, and I was surprised to encounter some T-62s and T-55s with CIWS defenses. So using Mobhack I took a stroll through the Russian OOB and I found a few of these tanks that show a service life from about 1983/1984 up to 2003/2004 that have the EW field set to "2". More strolling through the OOB shows the problem tanks then usually have a replacement version with a service life starting around 2004 up to the end of the game, and these more modern versions also have the EW field set to "2", which would make sense.

I know the Russian OOB is almost full, so I don't know if these particular tanks are a compromise due to the OOB's lack of space, or if this is a mistake. Mid 1980's seems early for CIWS systems to me, and I don't remember encountering these systems in the past when I played this game (but it has been a few years since playing mid-80s time frame). Not a major deal, but it did frustrate my Milan and HOT missiles ;^)

Here are the Russian OOB IDs I found, searching on T-62 and T-55. I didn't notice it on any other models, so didn't search any other tank types.

T-62: 022, 023, 076, 782, 783, 792

T-55: 015, 072, 778

Unit 22 for example had that added 7 years ago ( ver 5 )

Wiki.......

"The Soviet Union developed the first active protection system between 1977 and 1982, named Drozd "

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drozd

"It is considered the world's first operational active protection system,[1] created in 1977–78 by A. Shipunov's KBP design bureau"
