Default Can undead be healed of afflictions?

I have a faerie healing with no success after 4 turns.

I have some Tartarians with feeblemind, etc.

Will they heal?

No, the heal order won't work on undead.

Gift of health or the chalice artifact will though.

Think of it this way: do any of the modding commands allow the heal command to be changed?
