"Personality Groups" Error

Hi folks,
I just installed SE4 again with patch 2, the latest Mod Pack by Mephisto and the others, some new races I've found, and now I get an error message that says that "Personality Groups" was not found.

Anyone an idea what could have caused this?

What is patch 2,.. is this 1.19 or are you refering to a mod patch?? we need a little more info

Patch 2 means the 1.19 Version. After that I copied the latest from the Mod Consortium (Mephisto et al.)

What files does it say that the personality group is missing from? Do you have any other custom shipsets installed?
