What's happend to Urgard

Just started a game with Utgard theme on Jotun, only to find I have Lava Warriors & Warlocks !!
I start in Smouldercone !!!
Anybody else noticed this - 2.08 installed.

Yes, it's a bug introduced by 2.08. Actually, I believe it was even signaled in the patch release notes - at the very least, it was known within 24h of the release.
