Philippine OOB?

Here is the V4 compatible version of the stand-alone Philippine OOB for Green (OOB 42). This is identical to the OOB in V 0.81 of the Vietnam Total Conversion pack, but is setup for green (including picklist) instead of El Salvador (OOB 83). All necessary files are included. I recommend backing up files to be overwritten or installing to a duplicate install of the entire game. If you want to use this OOB in place of any other OOB, you'll have to modify the various files so they point to the new OOB, and I take no responsibility for how such work might turn out.
