Default Long campaign replacement points

I have played about a years worth of battle for the American long campaign and usually get 75 replacement points after almost every battle. Needless to say, by the time Operation Torch rolled around I had a skeleton crew and two tanks to start off the invasion.
Is there a way to up the replacement points for the long campaign. I find it hard to believe the Americans could not even replace two Shermans after every long drawn out battle.

See the game guide - "Playing a Campaign" link. Then refer to the "Campaign Difficulty Level" setting whereby you can adjust the amount of repair points.

Why are you getting these low amounts of repair points? My thoughts are:
1) A small core, so only a small %age of core size available as build/repair
2) You are losing battles rather than winning them, or having large casualties inflicted
3) Both of the above?.

also - when playing a campaign it is a good idea if you win a few battles with a little repair only needed not to buy any upgrades. Instead, bank a thousand build points or so, and try never to dig into this float value unless absolutely necessary.

Cheers
Andy
