I just bought this game for my roommate as Christmas Present. The download was interrupted and now it won't let me download!!! HELP!!!!!!

It's order number SGF59524...

Shrapnel has a tech support forum thing that you can access from the store. Tell them there, although if you're lucky someone might see it here anyway.
