Frozen Turrets

Is modelling turret freezes possible? A turret freeze is where the turret ring is damaged, and can no longer turn.

I imagine that is something that is abstracted under damage that disables the vehicles main gun.

Most Likely Not. Because the original engine (dating now from 1996 and now old enough to do its service) didn't model it and there was no way Andy and Don (here's a toast) could put in over the years.
