"AI Campaign" mod - any opinions?

Has anybody out there tried the AI Campaign mod for SEIV? I downloaded it and tried to play it but strangely enough, after the initial research points there are no new ones. You have no research facilities to create more research points, and it appears that there's no way to build any facilities of any kind. There's nothing in the build queue to build.

The notes that come with the mod are not very helpful.

Did you take the *HP* trait? It is required for all human controlled empires.

Ooops! No, I didn't. That's probably in the release notes, and my eyeballs were just too tired to see it.

AIC was really fun for me. I hope you enjoy it. I'm not sure what happened to JLS but I will sure miss his contributions when the SE5 mods pick up.
