Does a unit with cold/heat power get a negative score when in the opposite conditions, i.e. a unit with cold power (1) is at -1 when in a +1 heat province?

Thanks - it's not stated in the book or the stat description, but is implied in some of the unit descriptions, so I wasn't sure.

It definitely does. Makes ice devils less interesting with Mictlan's usual Heat scale for instance.
