Scen 301 and 312

The objective flags in the above scenarios seem to be missing.
(V3 but also in V2.5)

Also in the development history section of the manual, the
introduction date of V3 is given as 2007 instead of this year.

In 301 the VH flags were left out as the idea was to simulate the turkey shoot of the FJ/Panzer group trying to escape...

...but 312 should have VHs assigned. Sounds like an incomplete version, I'll have a look at it...
