Scenario -- Hovertanks!

It occurred to me a while back that "Hammer's Slammers" style hovertanks are within our reach now (sorta'). This scenario grew from this idea.

It's set in Thailand (seems like hovertank country to me...) and is completely notional.

I've play-tested it against the AI and would be interested to know how it plays against human opponents.
