My first try at a PBEM game

OK this is the first time I'm going to try a PBEM game so here's the deal. I'd like a 1957 hypothtical scenario, opponents UK vs USSR. 28000 points for each player. If you disagree with anything tell me and we can see if we can make a compromise. Looking forward to a reply!
