Default LBM files

What program does everyone use to edit the LBM files. I had an old copy of Paintshop X3 that opened these files. I upgraded to their new Paintshop pro 2020 and it doesn't appear that you can save LBM files.

I have used PaintShop pro v7.04 for all the Icons and PIC's that show in the game that I have created and it is available on line as a free DL now.

IDK what restrictions this may have but it was one of the first that popped up on Google

Before 7 I used 5 but most of that work was the very early days. PSP7 was released in 2000 and I still use it for photo or game work almost every day

Thanks

I'll look at these. PSP3 worked great but it doesn't work under windows 10. I got a new PC a few months back...
It looks like the newest version will open LBM files but you cannot save as one
