I currently dislike how attacking SC's are auto-killed when they are unable to flee and the defenders are unable to flee.

Cleveland, I have never understood the rule for immortals. The rule simply stated is that they do not retreat in thier own dominion, but we know that they sometimes do retreat. So I am puzzled.

You imply it was freindly dominion, for whom? The lich or for you? I would be very suprised if this happened in your dominion.

Sorry for the confusing wording. The lich was in his own dominion, so wasn't risking anything - although, I was able to give him a few nasty afflictions before he died.

So this isn't something new? Interesting.
