Default Scen 073 Guam

Playing this, it's a nice good amphibious landing scenario with a decent amount of units, yet not enough to overload you; and plays fast.

It also teaches you about the importance of even the most weakly armored tanks in overcoming dug in defenses.

EDIT: and it's also a very good primer scenario to teach you how to deal with dug in defenses such as caves, etc with only infantry, and very lightly armored tanks; which cannot defeat caves unless they get very lucky

I wanted to test this scenario but I encounter a problem with a plane PBY 5A. It does not respect the place planned for the bombardment and the direction which was assigned.I tried several times without success. I don't understand what is happening .

I have just tested 5 PBY 5A in a small scenario test. There all functions normally( direction and bombing area). I deduce from it that my PC is not causes some and that winspww2 functions well. The problem thus seems to come only from scenario 073. Does that come from the passage to version 2.5?

Yeah, It would be nice if there were more small scale Pacific maps like it.

I was just agreeing with MarkSheppard, But have you tried opening the scenario in the editor, remove the PBYs, add them again and then save it in a open slot? I'm assuming that if its a conversion error and they work in a test scenario then its something to do with the scenario file.
