Default To get or not to Get, that is a question.

Well, this last month my life has been Absorbed by Vegastrike (google it.) which is a Free, Open-Ended space game, Privateer Remake, Wing Commander and other goodies.

So, is Starfury any Good? I played the Demo but it did feel VERY unpolished, granted though, the SEIV demo did too, but I love that game.

So, Two questions, is this game worth getting? And Secondly, Would it be at EBgames?

The full game feels a bit more polished than the original did, but vega strike has a star trek mod, making it inherently superior.

On that note, I bought this game three hours ago, and I'm happy with my purchase.

The demo has just one short campaign, and only has a very small subset of the components and ships available in the full game. The demo also does not include any of the patch changes (full list can be found on the Malfador website) and severely restricts modding capability. There are certainly better games available in the same genre, but I think Starfury is a pretty good buy at it's $20 retail price.

For a wishlist on this game I'd have to say that I would like to see far more ships though. Also it would be nice if an asteroid field didn't kill my fps.

I bought it mostly as a way to support SEV. Looked at in that light, plus the cheap price tag, it was worth it.
