For the windowed mode I have it set to Desktop. In that mode it almost stretches to the full screen size (sans the taskbar). I don't mind that view, but something neat about full screen mode for me.

I think the largest display size available is: 1600 (x1200), but mine is 1920x1080 so I went with the Desktop option.
