I wish; but we'd need IW to make the change. They did that for slave collars but I don't know if they didn't want to make the change for lychantropos' amulet or if it wasn't as much of a problem at a 10 gem cost (7 gems with a hammer of course).

That was not literally (I don't know tha actual rate) But they do get picked way more than normal artifacts.
