Default does pillaging break a siege

A besieged commander can't normally pillage, but what if the Pillage order appears anyway due to mental illness? Will the commander be safe, or will the pillaging attempt start a fight?

Not sure, but my guess is that "Patrol" and "Break Siege" are special in that combat occurs despite the fortress. As there are lots of other orders which don't cause combat my guess is that only orders which are specially handled will cause combat so weird cases like this probably won't.

Turns out an insane one can pillage just fine from inside a fortress, without starting a fight.
