why is arty effectiveness at 90% by default settings?
about arty effectiveness setting, is the most realistic value the 90% of default settings? or 100%?

100% is the default setting we issued the games with.

You also might find the Thread " game Preference settings" by DRG useful on Page 2 the 9th item down from the top in this Forum. Don asked simply, if players deviate from the default 100% game settings and if so what they use and why with many responses from the players. I found the exercise useful myself concerning artillery settings. You might find this useful given the nature of your question.

If your settings have changed did you play an email game which the other player set up? I think your settings would be adjusted to what they set.

Any chance in the future having the option to disable cluster ammo for arti from a battle and/or random campaign?
I think I know the answer to this but no harm done asking.

I must be missing something.
I've never found cluster munitions to be a major hazard/asset, useful DEFINATELY, but not game changing.
