Ringworld Construction???

The Varies Ringworld components weights in at 2000KT each and you need 11 of them. How do you transport them and how you you construct the Ringworld?

Construct StarBases ontop of the sun with Master Computers. 5 HDCables, 5Grav, 1 RW Gen.
