It occurred to me, that since Zen's conceptual nation mod has been long in coming, many mods have tried to fill the niche. The problem has been, though, has been that they always take some drastic measures that alienate the majority of players. So, I have attempted one that tweaks many units, but steers clear of things that could seriously unbalance units/nations or make them play so differently that they lose their original feel. In addition to my own tweaks, it incorporates (though in some cases in more moderate form) some ideas from an early teaser of Zen's nation mod, Turins's balance mod, Cherry's mod and the mod framework was originally put in place by Boron. The idea is that from these moderate changes people can report what is still not useful, and in further versions tweak them a bit more. All changes have been in the positive direction, with the exception of Caelum's mages. They are such a hot topic I'm sure some will say I have gone to far and others not far enough. With luck though they can eventually be brought in line.

I would think this isn't as much obsolete, as integrated. And with Edi's formatting, I would except the Conceptual Balance version to be much better (hopefully I'm not offending anyone...).

What does this mod do? There's no documentation for it.

As Endoperez noted in the other thread, this mod has been superceded by the new conceptual nations mod.
