conscription?
how does conscriptiopn work, I drummed up a tien chi pretender with high order in an attempt to see just how well it raises PD on its own. but the numbers, they aint moving.
does the dominion have to be at a certain strength or what?

It needs a lot of time, and has diminishing returns the higher the PD already is. Overall, an extremely weak ability, you would be hard pressed to find a situation where it is noticeable apart from the amusing PD underwater bug. |

Well, it might just allow you to get from PD 0 to PD 1, thereby saving you *one* gold per province, but even that doesn't seem to be working.
In addition, two of the themes for T'ien Ch'i do not allow for Order. Isn't that very fun?

Maybe this coming weekend...
I can arrange to put the .trn files on a web server so magnate can look at them. My opponent and I will agree on our honor not to peek at the other guy's .trn files. How does that sound?
