Default How do you heal a player of a problem?

Is there any way to do that? Sometimes it takes all season.

Does resting them or training them help them recover faster?

Training them, no. Resting them, yes. Using them while injured can slow down the healing process, naturally. Your manager's Healing stat can increase healing speed slightly too. I'm debating about a "healing" potion of some type available for a high amount of money.
