Can you do a screen capture in full screen mode?

There are apparently some such utilities - search the forums and youmay find them mentioned.

But in windowed mode (full screen is only there for historical reasons) you simply press ALT+PRINT SCREEN. That snapshots the current window to the paste buffer. As that is a standard windows command sequence - it works for other Windows programmes that you need a screen shot of as well.

I know how to do it in Windowed mode. Just wanting to get a shot of the map on as big a screen as possible for planning or at least getting a picture in my head. Maybe someone will remember those utilities.

They do exist I had them, captures the map only.

Other question regarding op fire filters play with them becomes obvious.
You can save 3 sets, if using WWII most obvious use is for armoured vehicles like tanks.

Example settings
Min armour 3 > wont fire on units with only 1 or 2 armour such as halftracks, light tanks
Infantry engagement range set to 5, its protecting itself really wont give fire support as will not fire at any infantry till its 5 hexes away.
Soft vehicles can do the same.
These all stop it getting distracted by not firing at lesser threats.
ATG range can set to something higher like 25 so it still fires at them.
AAFire on/off can be useful, sometime I set tanks to off leaving it to other units, stops giving away your location by firing at the plane.
