Does look like an OOB error like you say.
Is it a generated campaign or a created one possibly with modified units?

Only other possibility I can think of is its getting tripped up due to new purchases I had that a couple of times but cannot remember the error.

I THINK its important to put the final battle save in WarCab
The one you get asked to save before selecting your next battle & making purchases directly after getting victory results.

Try starting a new Dossier from the save that gives the problem & see if you still get the same error.

If not I would assume that means the OOB is correct & it got confused with purchases or cross attaching.

Hi cbreedon,

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, for some reason I did not get a notification that you posted in this thread.

This error is caused by a mismatch between:
  • the OOB data files that were in use when the previous turns have been added to the battle.
  • the OOB data files at the moment you are trying to add this new turn to the existing battle.

What kinds of mismatches are detected?
  • more, or less, data files in the OOB directory
    (aka files added or deleted)
  • equal amounts of data files, but for different OOB ID numbers
(aka files deleted and re-added but for different OOB ID numbers)
  • equal amounts of data files for the same OOB ID numbers, but with different CRC32 values
(AKA files changed during the battle)

Hope that helps,
Erik
