20 August 1943 -*
*
Oberstleutnant, there have been two major commando raids on Norway since the beginning of the Swedish operation. The RAF and Royal Navy have stepped up operations against our forces in Norway as well. It is important that this campaign be finished as soon as possible, all the units we can spare are being sent to the Stockholm battle area.*
*
You are still needed near Gavle though.*
*
The Swedish 6th Division with corps units have been sent from the north of Sweden and is approaching the Gavle bridgehead. Without you the depleted Gebirgsjager can not hold them, and held they must be. If not the entire operation is in jeopardy - if they can push through you there is nothing to stop them from interfering with the assault on the Swedish capital. This force is the last hope of the Swedes, if you can hold them it will have a huge impact on Swedish will to resist.*
*
This is a decisive engagement. They will throw everything they have at you.**
