might say that. Well, there are some men south of here, who might think so.
On D-Day parts of the 2nd Rangers assaulted German coastal artillery positions at Pointe-du-Hoc.
The Rangers are still there, with their backs to the Channel and Germans on the other sides.
The situation is growing desperate. Attempts to relieve them by troops of the 116th Infantry have
so far been unsuccessful. We're counting on you to break through.*
