Peugeot armoured cars were bought by Poland in 1920,*
during Polish-Soviet war. They were typical French*
WWI era machines, existing in two armament versions:*
AM with 8mm Hotchkiss MG, and AC with low-velocity*
37mm Puteaux gun. Both versions had open top, and an*
armament behind a shield.*

Poland bought 18 cars (6 AC and 12 AM). In 1920s,*
Peugeot was the main Polish armoured car type.*
In 1930s they were replaced with wz.34 cars*
and given to the Police.*

On the first day of World War II, 1 September 1939,*
several cars supported Polish units fighting with*
German sabotage groups in Upper Silesia, among*
others trying to recapture Max coalmine near*
Chorzow.*
