_________Vickers Mk. E Type A*
*
Number in service: 6 (in this configuration)*
*
In 1932 Poland bought 38 British Vickers Mark E*
(Six-ton) light tanks. Initially all tanks were*
MG-armed twin-turret (Type or Alternative A).*
*
Trying to improve their armament, 6 tanks were*
rearmed in 1933 with 37mm SA-18 Puteaux L/21*
low-velocity gun in right turret, and 7.92mm TMG*
in left turret (wz.25 Hotchkiss or wz.30 Browning).*
This unit represents such configuration. It lasted*
only until 1934, when these tanks were rebuilt to*
single-turet Type B.*
