De Dion-Bouton wz.18/24 was a standard French self-propelled AA gun from World War I. 
Twelve such vehicles were acquired by Poland by 1920.*

During the war in 1939 all vehicles were used by three batteries of the 1st AA Artillery Auto Squadron (8 guns still on obsolete De Dion-Bouton 
and 4 guns converted to Polski Fiat PF-621L chassis).*
They took part in combat in southern Poland, from Katowice through Deblin, Sandomierz, Chelm, Tomaszow to Lviv.*
Occasionally the guns were used for anti-tank defence and destroyed several tanks with HE grenades.*
