In an amazing feat of arms, our hasty defense managed to delay XXX Corps once more at Nijmegen. Still, our defenses are in such a state that we are unlikely to stop another push of this intensity.
* This result is similar to the historical one. In real life, the attack on Nijmegen on the 19th failed, forcing the allies to mount a desperate river crossing the next day. Despite that success on the 20th, the Market Garden timetable was damaged beyond repair. In this alternate situation, the allies would probably be in a slightly better position on the 20th.
