I'm paying about $41,000 a year for download speeds of about 1Mbps on average (limit 1.5GB transfer in an hour, or 10GB in a day, exceed that and you're cut off). That includes tuition, room, board, lab fees, books, access to alumni, etc. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

And at home, can only get dialup. Whenever I see broadband advertised, it's usually in the $20-$40 a month range, for a max 100kbps DSL line (which from what I hear, usually only hit the 100kbps max at around 4am, when nobody else is using it).
