I think it's full.

Looks like an intresting group of players. While I recognize many of the names from the message Boards, I think Fryon is the only person I have actually played in a game with before.

You need the mod to play the game. But there are no changes to racial traits, so I think an empire made with the normal game should work in FQM Deluxe. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
