Baltic states OOB

I'm trying to create a scenarios based on the current NATO enhanced Forward Presence plan developed for defense of the Baltic states and Poland.

Has anybody updated the OOBs for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. This includes using the flag icons for those nations in the Game Data/Pictures/Interface/Flags directory.
