Awe for Sacreds, CBM 1.94?

According to the manual, if my god starts with bless 10, my sacreds should have awe +3 when blessed. I don't see that, playing CBM 1.94. Was that nerfed? Where can I find the complete list of CBM 1.94 changes?

It is only the god itself that gets awe from high domscore, not the sacreds. nothing to do with CBM. It's +0 awe(awe 1) for Dom 9 and +2 awe (awe 3) for Dom 10.
