Mod questions.

Do pretender and heroes need #gcost and #rcost?

How do i set cost for pretender on creation?

How do i add Seduce Commander or Corrupt Commander to my commanders?

Where can i find numbers for national heroes?

Tnx

Well, Amos (From Israel, are you?), IIRC (If I Recall Correctly):
Pretenders and heroes don't need #gcost and #rcost, but a hero's #gcost will determine its upkeep.
The first and second questions converge here, because a pretender's #gcost determines the design points it costs.
Seduce and Corrupt are not moddable, sadly :\
As for the numbers, there's supposed to be a units DB around the net (I can't find it right, I believe it was made by Edi), and as far as I know it includes heroes and their ID#

Thank you.
In that case my nation mode is done. Sad thing is i cant test it because my Dominions cd blew up http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif Guess will have to wait for Dom III to come out.

The unit DB is available from Arryn's site, as are most other documents and a lot of maps made for Dom2.

Tnx Edi. The "Worthy Heroes mod" was exactly what I was looking for.

You also might want to take a look at the Complete Balance mod (CB for short). It significantly improves the base game by making national and indie units more attractive to use and fixes some major balance problems like Wrathful Skies.

basically it nerfs anything too good, makes weaker things more attractive and adds alot of little useful changes (especially items imo)
