AA guns equipped with foghorns?

With version 3.0 and 3.5 my US Army AA guns (M167 Vulcans) when firing they have the sound of foghorns. I don't believe AA guns was ever equipped with foghorns, so I believe this is a mistake. Any ideas on how I can correct this?

Actually, I think the sound is pretty accurate to what an electrically driven rotary autocannon sounds like. That's what its intended to be.

Unfortunately It's not there already but F-16 net had a sound bit of Belgian army's 20mm VADS firing and it did sound almost exactly as that.

Yeah, it isn't too far off the mark. A few vids of an M163 style vulcan, and a Naval CIWS (hihgher ROF)

Note on the first, you can hear a near identical sound to that ingame. The clangy bit is from being within the warehouse.

I'm an old ADA guy and I can assure you the M163 sound effect is pretty close. Wanna' hear a funny old war story...? Sure, you do...

Back when I was back in glorious ol' Fort Stupid, I mean Fort Stewart in the 80s. I was laying on my bunk on a Saturday afternoon getting myself spiritually prepared for another weekend night's drinking. I was listening to Pink Floyd's "Final Cut" album on my headphones. There's a section of one song where a ship is departing for the Falklands (one of the few places on Earth less livable than Southern Georgia). There is a ship's horn sound effect in the song mix. (This was the first time I'd listened to the album.) When this little effect came on I whipped off the headphones and went outside. Was somebody shooting a Vulcan? In garrison? On a Saturday? The thought of some dingbat saving up some 20mm somehow and going nuts with a Vulcan (unlikely but I wouldn't have put it totally past some of them...) filled me with mixed feelings. But then I slowly realized what it was and went back and listened to the tape again...
So, yeah, a Vulcan sounds a lot like a foghorn when it fires.
