Dark Nova v4.21 released
 
Due to some changes I made that kept the AI's from ever colonizing other planets, I was forced to bring out another version. This corrects the AI colony issue as well as a few other smaller fixes.

v4.21
Corrected tech requirements for Research Cities.
Changed Basic Arms family number to(6736)
Added colony racial trait selection to AI's
Reduced amounts generated for Specialized Hull items to 1/3.
Changed family numbers for phased/non-phased shields. (Will's Request)
Added radioactive cost to shield generators.
Added Plague Warheads for drones. (Rutger's Request)
Moved Outpost to before SY and Resupply Base.
Moved all Warheads together.
Reduced benifits of talismans.
Renamed all Talismans as Major
Add minor Talismans as spacers to major Talismans.
Added Rock Native trait selection to Default AI
Added AI tags for Omni Colony module.
Added AI Tags for all Dual Colony Modules.
Changed Tech requirment for Omni module to Hybrid Colony Tech lv1.
Reduced max level for Hybrid Colony Tech to 1.
Added single, Dual and Omni colony designs for all AI's.
Added Sethillan AI files
Corrected cost reduction on slug colony mounts description.

It is available now on PBW and has been submitted to Spaceempires.net as well
