Ammunition Generations

How are different ammunition generations handled in SPMBT? I mean a T-55 first rolled out with BR-412 AP ammo and then over the years Soviet and other countries developed better performing ammo. How is this modled in the game.

Different weapons and/or ammo loads.

e.g "105mm L7 Gun/53", "105mm L7 Gun/77" and similar.

That if you look at the tank's armament, you'll see say "105mm M68 Gun 61" and then with newer version of the tank say "105mm M68 Gun 83", that means the version uses better ammo introduced in 1983 etc.
