Is there anyone at home?
 

Over the past week I've repeatedly tried to contact the webmaster of this message board to get some help with a problem, but I have yet to get a reply to my e-mail. Perhaps if I post here I will get someone's attention.
I recently changed ISP from AOL to nesbeOnline. When I tried to change my profile I misspelled nesbeOnline as "nesbeonloine", but I didn't catch my mistake before hitting the "submit" button. This obviously meant that the new password went to a non-existant e-mail address, and I was locked out from posting. I tried contacting shrapnel games via the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page, but as I said, I've received no reply. So I have established a new identity in order to continue using the message board. I'd really like my old username, Dr Strangelove, back. Won't someone from the website administration please respond to this message?

I think there's some problem, but you've missed the thread to post your complaint (you did get here, didn't you?).

Try Shrapnel's Games own threads, if you can not get proper attention, though I find it most strange, because Richard does reply your questions frequently.
